I had my penis circumcised Last year in august for cosmetic reasons (frenulum was already teared By accident). Furthermore i was told i can improve premature ejeculation With such surgery. Unfortunately i still Suffer from this Problem and i ejaculate normally After 2 minutes having Sex With my Partner. This is a Big Problem in the meantime for my relationship and i seriously Consider neurectomy on my penis. My sensitive Part is the Head and the scar Below the Head of my penis.

Since i was told you are the Expert on denervation of glans, i would like to ask for your Kind consultation.

Hello Christian.

Your circumcision is done very esthetic and absolutely right in aspect of premature ejaculation treatment: mucosal part was totally removed.
I don't see what about with frenulum so please make a photo of this side.

If you want to perform neurectomy (or denervation) of glans of penis you should make test with anesthetic (currently this page only in Russian, so use browser embedded traslator): viewtopic.php?t=5744#title

Apply Emla (made in Sweden) cream on your glans. Lidocaine + Prilocaine cream. (don't use lidocaine spray or prolongation lubricants cause they don't have proper effect).
Wait for 15 minutes.
Wash out cream.
Have a sex.

This test will show us is glans a trigger zone for ejaculation.

Also you can apply cream for different part of glans to determine most sensitive zone. Cause we can make selective denervation - switch off sensitivity for instance on one side.
So you can save sensitivity of non-problem zones.

After you perform tests write the results and indicate the places with the highest sensitivity (on photo).

Since i have checked out your forum, I have already found the Relevant Posts with emla tests on the website. I have tried the Tests in the past Weeks. I did it once on the scar and the minimal rest of the inner foreskin, alternatively only on the glans and on both. I could only achieve a longer duration of 10 minutes in Case I have Applied Emla on Both regions.

It's very good you've done emla tests.
1. Do you have most sensetive zones on the glans (make photo and mark them in editor)?
2. Don't you have problem with erection (regidity) after applience of emla anв while the glans is not sensitive?

Iа you can define the exact zone on glans we can make partial (selective) neurectomy. So you will have some sensitivity.
