Foreign Patient: Circumcision, Denervation, Vasectomy

Hello,
I am enquiring if it is possible to have a circumcision, denervation, vasectomy in one procedure? I am 22 years old. I would like a total denervation. I am already circumcised but I have some inner foreskin remaining.

Without EMLA: 30 seconds to 2 minutes

Inner Foreskin: 8 minutes

Head + Foreskin: 25 to 40 minutes.

The head is completely numb.

I have now been using EMLA for a few months.
I’m used to the numb feeling.

I read that in Russia people have to be 35 years old to have a vasectomy, does that apply to foreign nationals?

Hello.
If you have 8 min after application to the foreskin it's better to remove foreskin remnants.
Total denervation cause early problems with erection. For instance it happens in 30 y.o. not in 40. Because you will not have enough sensitivity for erection.

Due to Russian law vasectomy can be hold in patient 35 y.o. or earlier if patient have 2 kids.

Selective denervation works if patient has high sensitive zone on glans, but not the whole glans.
Make tests with emla to determine if you have such zones.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I have done a test with emla cream and I increased the time to 20 minutes which is perfect! I think total denervation is the best option. Or is it possible to do a complete denervation of the bottom of the head and a selective denervation of the top?
