Re circumcision

I hope you speak English. I would like to visit your clinic from London because I am not satisfied with circumcision. I have 10mm of inner mucosa remaining. I would like this to be reduced to 5 mm with erection.
Please advise if you treat patients from outside Russia.

Yes I speak english a little bit.

We can perform correction of former circumcision.
But we need to remove a circular segment about 1-1,5 cm
So tension of skin increases in erection for the first time, especially if you have lack of penile skin.

Indent will be about 1-5 mm. It will be bilateral symmetrical.

Please make foto in erection, and side of frenulum.

Why do you want to perform correctoin? There isn't big difference between 5 and 10 mm of foreskin...
Operation was quite delicate (scar not the best but ok), one "problem" is a little hump where was frenulum.

Technically i can do what you ask (leave ABOUT 5 mm - not exactly ), but i don't see any reason.

I like the cosmetic appearance of +/-5 mm .
I think low style of circumcision looks very neat. I am also worried I will loose sensitivity if you take more foreskin off. I do not suffer from premature ejaculation

Unfortunately I can not leave exactly 5 mm due to medical reasons (former scar, veins, etc ). It can be 3 or 6,5 mm.

Indent on lover (ventral) side usually is less then on dorsal. But indent is symmetrical.

I understand this but is it possible instead to remove just the existing circumcision scar and re suture? Also as you noted the frenulum is not completely removed and I would like this redone.

So if I understand you correctly if the dorsal side ends of for example at 4 mm then how much approximately will be ventral side?
Also do you give conscious sedation (valium) with local anesthetic?
If you do blood test ( I have no chronic condition) in your office can this be done on same day as operation or must I arrive in Moscow some days earlier?

Yes, it's possible.
But in almost all cases surgeon makes incision closer to glance at ventral side to remove frenulum properly.
In your case indent can be almost the same, because remnants of frenulum dont cause tension. and you don't have creases on the sides of frenulum.
Remnants of frenulum will be removed.

About 2-3-4 mm.

It's better if you see our results. It will be general picture:
indents will be simmetrical, the scar will be smooth, we'll perform frenuloplasty.

Before circumcision or re-circumcision we allways take into account needs of our patients if it does not go beyond medical aspects.

I am also worried I will loose sensitivity if you take more foreskin off.

If you have problem with sensitivity of glance of penis (it is not sufficient for ejaculation) - think twice before correction procedure.

Yes. You should wait for some time and make the right decision.
Correction of circumcision in your case isn't a complicated procedure. But we must be sure in indications to get the expectable result.

I think I will try to put Lidocaine on the foreskin only and see the effect on ejaculation. Does this forum have photos of fully healed circumcision months after the surgery?

Hello Doctor. I tried lidocaine on foreskin only but the corona lost sensitivity. Maybe nerves run from Sulcus to the Corona? The next day I tried to cover foreskin with sellotape and the Corona had good sensation . I then covered foreskin with sellotape and left the Sulcus are uncovered by about 4 mm. This gave best sensation.

It's very complicated.
Sensitivity of glance and corona after re-circumcision will be the same.
I still do not see any reason for you to perform procedure.

Only one can be a reason - high sensitivity in area of former scar.

The scar is not sensitive. The only reason is to improve cosmetic appearance by moving scar closer to the glans which in my opinion looks much neater.
Because I see that your standard circumcision is always close to the head I believe that you have very good experience and skills in doing this style of cut.
