Re circumcision, denervation.

Hi, i have had a re circumcision due to excessive skin and to reduce sensitivity. I don't like the double scar and would like to have just one. For desensitising i have used emla cream to numb it for a while and have had great results and have been able to maintain an erection. I would prefer to have a permanently desensitised penis and not need any creams. Is there enough skin to remove to have one scar and even lower the scar line closer to the glans.

As I can see you don't have much skin on penis. So if we remove foreskin it cause very great tension in erection (you can evaluate it if put scar area to the glans in erection).
Why you have made 2 circumcisions? And when?
Where did you apply emla (glans / remnants of foreskin)? And what is the result?
What is the duration of sex without emla?

I have put the scar to the glans and it is ok. It will look very tight and im comfortable with it. Duration of sex is usually a few seconds without emla

In your case we'll have to leave about 5-7 mm of foreskin, to reduce tension after removal of segment between two scars (and scars also).
When you put scar to the glans is evereryting ok with scrotum. Make a photo to evaluate is there scrotal web or not.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I have attached some pictures of the last scar placed right up to the glans. I like the look of it being tight like this, if its possible i would like all my inner skin removed too. Im happy with having scrotal webbing. I am ultimately after a very radical tight result with no inner foreskin.

If you want to remove all your inner skin you should strech skin of the penis. Because in your situation re-re-circ will cause non-physiological result.

Im happy with having a non physiological result, i am not sexually active with my penis. I understand it will interfere with sex but i do not have penetrative sex. The result i am looking for is to have a tight result when soft with all the scaring and inner skin removed.
